Kelly Cattano of New Province Selected to Join The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi Chapter at Clemson University

Kelly Cattano of New Province has been selected for membership in the Clemson University chapter of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nationA?s oldest, most selective and most prestigious all-discipline honor society.

Cattano is a graduate student majoring in Middle-Level Education.

Standards for election to Phi Kappa Phi are extremely high. Membership is by invitation only to Clemson UniversityA?s top 7.5 percent of juniors and the top 10 percent of seniors and graduate students.

Members of Phi Kappa Phi, which is as prestigious as its better known cousin, Phi Beta Kappa, have served in the White House, Congress and on the U.S. Supreme Court. Its members for more than a century have sought to make a difference in the communities where they live and work.
