Kathleen Brand of Lugoff Receives National Sorority's Collegiate Leadership Award

Clemson University junior Kathleen Brand of Lugoff received the Corre Anding Stegall Collegiate Leadership Award as one of the nation's top leaders in the Kappa Delta Sorority.

Brand, who is majoring in political science and history, was honored for her high academic performance and exemplary leadership in the sorority chapter, on campus and in the community. These awards are the highest individual honor that Kappa Delta gives to undergraduate members. There were seventeen recipients from around the country this year.

Awards are presented each year at Kappa Delta's National Leadership Conference or National Convention. Winners are nominated by their campus chapters.
