Blair Michelle Rowand of Fort Mill Graduates From Clemson University

Blair Michelle Rowand of Fort Mill graduated from Clemson University May 9, 2014, with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education.

Rowand was among more than 3,000 students who received degrees from President James P. Clements, who presided over his first graduation ceremony at Clemson and who was inaugurated in three stages at the morning, afternoon and evening ceremonies.
